Van ISD is proud to recognize HOSA–Future Health Professionals Vice President Vanessa Villanueva for receiving the prestigious Sue Alder State HOSA THOA Scholarship. Vanessa was one of only seven students in the entire state of Texas selected for this honor, awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional dedication to pursuing a future in the healthcare field.
Vanessa was recognized during a special ceremony held on Tuesday evening in Round Rock, Texas, where she was formally presented with the scholarship.
HOSA is a nationally recognized student organization that prepares future health professionals through leadership development, career exploration, and academic excellence. Vanessa’s achievement reflects her commitment to both her education and her future career in healthcare.
