Action Required for 9th–12th Grade Athletics Families
🏈🎺 Attention Van ISD Parents of 9th–12th Grade Athletes!
The UIL has transitioned to a new platform this summer for the required Previous Athletic Participation Form (PAPF).
All parents of students participating in UIL athletics or marching band must complete the UIL PAPF Eligibility Form through the Rank One Parent Portal.

Create your Rank One Parent Portal account.
Your student's Student ID is their Van ISD lunch number.
If you do not know your student's lunch number, you can find it in Skyward as “Other ID”.
Important Information
All parents will be asked the following question:
"Has the student attended a school other than the school they are currently enrolled in during the past 12 months?"
Select "NO" if your student has attended only Van ISD during the past 12 months.
If you select "YES," please complete the form then email desmond.oliver@vanisd.org so we can assist with the UIL eligibility process.

We are hopeful to hold Friday night’s graduation ceremony at 8:00 PM as scheduled and will continue to closely monitor the weather.
If weather conditions do not allow us to safely hold the ceremony on Friday night, the backup plan is to move graduation to Saturday at 10:00 AM.
