🏈🎺 Attention Van ISD Parents of 9th–12th Grade Athletes!
The UIL has transitioned to a new platform this summer for the required Previous Athletic Participation Form (PAPF).
All parents of students participating in UIL athletics or marching band must complete the UIL PAPF Eligibility Form through the Rank One Parent Portal.

Create your Rank One Parent Portal account.
Your student's Student ID is their Van ISD lunch number.
If you do not know your student's lunch number, you can find it in Skyward as “Other ID”.
Important Information
All parents will be asked the following question:
"Has the student attended a school other than the school they are currently enrolled in during the past 12 months?"
Select "NO" if your student has attended only Van ISD during the past 12 months.
If you select "YES," please complete the form then email desmond.oliver@vanisd.org so we can assist with the UIL eligibility process.

🏈 Mark your calendars for equipment pick-up. Students who cannot pick up equipment during the designated times will be given equipment on the first day of school.

We want to make you aware of a widespread Skyward system outage that is currently impacting school districts across the region. Unfortunately, this outage is preventing us from opening student enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year as scheduled.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience and understanding. We know many families are eager to complete enrollment, and our staff is ready to open the process as soon as Skyward restores service.
